Our standard shipping policy is to dispatch all orders  within one to two business days. After your order has  been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 1-3  business days if you are located within US.

However, if for any  reason you are not satisfied with your first package  from Dr Smells, please inform us within 30 days of  receipt, and we will be happy to assist you in returning  or exchanging your products for a full refund.

To track your order, please enter your order number on  our website's tracking page. Kindly note that it may take  up to 24-48 hours for the service carrier to scan the  package and update the tracking information in their  system. However, rest assured that your order has been  shipped and is en route to you. You should be able to  see an update on the tracking information within 2  business days of shipment.

Suggestion for application after bathing: Use one pump for each side, ensuring complete coverage  of your armpit area. Apply only when your armpit is dry. For the initial week: Apply consistently both morning  and evening.Following the first week, it is optional to  apply every 3-4 days at night.

Switching to our aluminum-free anti-odour cream  is a straightforward process that requires no special  preparation or detoxification. Simply apply 2-3 swipes  of the cream to each underarm, and you're ready to go!

When you switch from using antiperspirant or deodorant  to our aluminum-free anti-odour cream, your body will  naturally detoxify your armpits. However, if you feel the  need to accelerate the process and eliminate any built-up  bacteria, we recommend applying a bentonite clay pit  mask. After cleansing your armpits, apply the mask and  allow it to dry. Then rinse it off and apply the anti-odour  cream to dry, clean armpits. Our customers have found  this to be a great way to reset their armpits, and you  can repeat the process every other week or as needed.

We take pride in creating products that are free of  parabens, which are chemical preservatives often  used in cosmetics and personal care products.  For optimal use, we recommend applying our anti-odour  cream within 18 months of receiving it.

Thanks to the natural ingredients we use, our anti-odour  cream can withstand temperatures of up to 90 degrees  Celsius. However, we understand that temperatures in  Malaysia can often exceed this limit.
